The industry standard for data destruction is established by DOD 5220.22-M which recommends a process of overwriting data, character by character on all addressable drives. However, even when performed four times, as it most often is, standardized software sanitizing can fail. Companies with clear legal liabilities often opt for destruction by shredding, the only guaranteed method for ensuring recorded data can never be recovered.

We provide equipment tracking by make, model and serial number; asset tag tracking and removal of all company identification. We provide certificates of recycling, transfer of ownership and data destruction documentation for assurance and proof of compliance and proper disposition.
